Terms for recurring SMS marketing and event messages from 90EVENTS.
Effective August 5, 2026. The 90EVENTS SMS program is operated by Taral Corp. By expressly opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
The program may send ticket on-sale announcements, presale codes, event reminders, and material schedule or venue updates for live concerts and tours.
You opt in only when you provide a mobile number and actively check the separate SMS consent box. The box is not preselected. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. 90EVENTS and Taral Corp do not charge a separate subscription fee for the SMS program.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any program message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further program messages unless you provide new consent.
A START reply may remove carrier-level blocking, but marketing messages remain disabled until you submit a new express opt-in at https://90events.com/sms-signup.
Reply HELP or INFO for help. You may also contact info@90events.com or call (800) 844-1905. Include your mobile number and enough information for us to identify the request.
Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, opt out before doing so and update your 90EVENTS information. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to join.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain mobile information and SMS consent records. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Taral Corp may change or discontinue the 90EVENTS SMS program. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your right to opt out at any time is not affected.
