Q.How will I get my tickets?
A.All Tickets issued on our sites are E-Ticket. After completing your purchase our site will send you an email that will have your ticket details. At the venue our team will be scanning your tickets for you to enter to the venues. You could either print your tickets or show the QR code from your mobile phone.
Q.What is Stand Up Comedy Show?
A.Stand-up comedy is a comedic performance to a live audience in which the performer addresses the audience directly from the stage. The performer is known as a comedian, comic or stand-up. Stand-up comedy consists of one-liners, stories, observations or a shtick that may incorporate props, music, magic tricks or ventriloquism. It can be performed almost anywhere, including comedy clubs, comedy festivals, bars, nightclubs, colleges or theatres.
Q.When is the Doors open?
A.Doors open 60 Minutes before the show starts hours. For example If show starts at 7:30 pm Doors would open at 6:30 pm
Q.Do I need to have a smartphone to display my ticket to enter the event? Can I show more than one ticket on the same phone?
A.A.Yes, digital tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone or printed tickets. Guests can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone.
Q.Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A.A.Tickets can be transferred. Please call us or send us an email with the new user details.
Q.What is the refund policy? How do I request a refund?
A.A.You can contact Guest Relations at:800 844 1905 or info@90events.com regarding the refund policy for your specific event or for any additional questions regarding event policies. Cancellations 7 days prior the events are non refundable.
Q.Can I bring my child to show ?
A.We do not suggest bringing kids under 10 years old to the stand up comedy show events. Performers may use some language may not suitable for kids behavioral developments. Its parental decision that should be considered.
Q.Can I Bring A Bag?
A.All our Venues asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Our Venues does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
Q.Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
A.A.We are not providing any food or drinks as event organizer. Venues may have vending machines for snacks and soft drinks.
